We, Euro Qvorum Institute for Participatory Democracy invite you to learn step by step HOW to write a project in order to obtain European financing.

Which knowledge will you achieve during this course?

What is the added value of our training programme?

 

 

1. Experiential Learning

The entire programme is adapted to your own project ideas. In this way, during the first

day of training you have the opportunity to identify a concrete project idea, that you want

to patent, having the entire programme adapted to your needs. The practical applications are 100% adapted to your project, the result being the transformation of learning in an authentic experience with immediate applicability.

2. Leaning Method

Forget about Power Point, sterile theoretical presentations and the classical structure of a course! We use interactive methods of facilitating learning (facilitating cards method, visualization method, simulations, project management experiments) so as to be able to apply the learning instruments in “real life”. Our programme is mainly focused on practical exercises.

3. Specialist Practitioner

The lecturer of our programme is a practitioner highly-experienced in accessing European funds and project implementation, who thoroughly knows the entire domain, as well as specific hardships.

Ph. D Trainer Roberto Pătrăscoiu:

Roberto Pătrăşcoiu is Project Manager, Trainer and Expert in European found accessing.

robertoExperience: Roberto have performed in project management, on different roles and positions, from team member in project team and consultant for European financing, to manager of project portfolio in international organizations. His experience is proved by over €20.000.000 investments, total budget of different project coordinated throughout time, in domains such as: infrastructures work in rural area, SMEs` production and services modernization, agriculture, health, local economic development, education  or participatory democracy. The area of domains within he obtained includes both structural funds (ERDF & ESF) and rural development fund (EAFRD), governmental, Norwegian, Swiss and private financing.

His practical achieved experience have consisted a solid basis the 50 training sessions of training lectured especially in project management and structural fund, not only for business area representatives but also from those from NGO area and public sector. Roberto continues his cooperation with organizations from Romania and abroad, by its involvement at leadership level in strategies for projects financed by irredeemable funds.

Studies and Certifications: Roberto is MA in “The Management of Structural Funds of European Union” (The Academy of Economic Studies, 2007-2009) and Ph. D in urban integrate development in the context of European regional policies (University of Bucharest, 2009-2012). He is an authorized trainer in Project Management, certified by National Authority for Qualification and attended specialization courses in management / leadership and local development both in Romania and abroad (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Leader, Local Economic Development, Value Chain).

Participation tax: the attending to this course is conditioned by a RON 750 fee. Tax relief:

  • 10% for the participants who have attended another Qvorum Institute course by participation tax
  • 10% for any person brought to the course

The discounts are not cumulated.

The attendance tax includes:

  • training activity

  • NAQ accredited diploma, COR 242213 code
  • certification exam
  • coffee-break during each day of training

 

When the course runs?

The training occurs in Bucharest, at Capital Plaza Hotel (Address: Iancu de Hunedoara Boulevard, Number 54), between 9 and 24 July 2015.

Syllabus:

  • 9, 10, 11 July 2015 – Training Sessions ( the modules are scheduled between 9:00-19:00 with an hour break for lunch)
  • 13-22 July 2015 – Practical Period of Individual Study for preparing the final project
  • 24 July 2015 – Certification Exam – The examination commission is composed of representatives both from the formation provider and certification authority, NAQ. The final examination is constructed of a theoretical component (grid test) and a practical one (the presentation of the realized project).
