Far from being a “historic first”, the European Liberals and Socialists vote together in over 78% of cases

In the first 18 months of the 2009+2014 mandate, the most common voting coalition was formed bz the representatives of the Democratic and Liberal Alliance for Europe (ALDE) and by those of the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats.
