According to the study, it was intended to achieve a score related to the degree of influence exerted by each Romanian MEP in the European parliament. The granting of these degrees took into account objective criteria such as offices held, obtained reports, opinions (and their degree of impact), and chairing, organizing or participating in high-level international meetings.
