Citizens` Active Participation in Local Public Policies Transposition In Romania`s Southern Region (CAP-LPP)” Project Launching

The Center for Academic Excellency in partnership with Qvorum Institute launches the project Citizens` Active Participation in Local Public Policies Transposition In Romania`s Southern Region (CAP-LPP) proposing to generate  a system of citizens` gearing and active participation in public policies transposition.

The achieving of the goal will be accomplished by creating a website of local administrative culture, by creating a citizen`s guide regarding local public policies elaboration and implementation and by creating a monitoring and evaluation grid of the activities developed by local public administration.

Also, the citizens from the target group will attend orientation seminars lectured through experiential learning method and tripartite dialogue groups meant to generate local collaboration model anchored in the social and administrative life of the local communities enclosed in project.

The project runs between April 1st, 2015 and March 31st, 2016 in towns from 7 southern counties: Călărași, Alexandria, Târgoviște, Ploiești, Slobozia, Giurgiu. The project is financed by 2009-2014 SEE grants, in the Romanian NGO Fund.
