The Qvorum Institute is a non-governmental organization with the ultimate purpose of stimulating the participation of citizens and social partners in the process of formulating politics on a national and European level.
The activity of the research assistant will consist of collecting and analysing information from the European political environment, monitoring the activity of European institutions (Comission, Parliament, Council) as well as writting articles.
Applicants must have the following requirements:
- Graduate of a Political Sciences college. Masters students are eligible.
- To know the English language at an advanced level. Knowing more languages represents an advantage;
- To have strong knowledge regarding the European institutional system;
- To have analytical abilities;
- To have excellent capacities of self-organisation and a proactive personality;
- To be sociable;
- To not be an active member of any political party;
Duration of contract: 6 months, starting as of september 2014, with the possibility of extending the contract. The payment package will be adapted according to the experience and the abilities. The schedule is flexible, especially for master students.
