Do you want to know how the actors from the public environment interact with those in the private environment?
This program gives you access to worksops held by representatives from management institutions such as the Parliament, the Government, the Presidency, the National Bank of Romania, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, large companies, non-governmental organizations or reputable media outlets, diplomatic missions etc. Also, you will be benefitting from a series of trainings and seminars on topics that include internal and European affairs.
The programme is aimed at youngsters aged between 21 and 30 years:
– Individuals engaged in the civil society, the media and business environment;
– Students or graduates in political science, administrative sciences, law, sociology, journalism.
The Institutional Coaching programme will run for a period of six months: June to December 2014. Finally, the beneficiaries will have the opportunity to conduct internships in institutions and partner companies while also acquiring a certificate of participation in the program.

Cost of the program is 200 RON / participant. Qvorum Institute is a nonprofit organization, therefore all of the revenues are used to cover the costs of organizing such a program.
Participants at the Institutional Coaching Programme will be entering a network of highly motivated young people with similar interests that help them with their medium and long-term professional development.
Qvorum’s experience and that of its partners shows the fact that many youngsters, despite graduating a certain university, do not have the opportunity of practicing what they study, thus learning the objectives of state institutions and of those found in the private sector.
