Students trained in the operation of public institutions by the Qvorum Institute proved to be proactive and interested in improving decision making at the local level. In the second phase of the project, young people have the opportunity to exploit the acquired knowledge and citizenship, organizing themselves in youth councils that will monitor the work of local councilors.
