The European Institute for Participative Democracy – Qvorum is organizing, on Tuesday and Wednesday, 4th and 5th june 2013, starting at 16:30 in “Vasile Alecsandri” University, the round table: Ideas Lab for Bacău!
Citizens who are interested regarding the efficiency of the local administration of Bacău will come up with arguments and proposals for two projects which might improve the public services from the city, public officials attending the event as well.
The two projects of the teams which will enter in the debate are:
1. The modernization of the County’s Library infrastructure – which will be equipped with latest computers and modern equipment for public access and internet.
2. Creating touristic cycling urban tours and developing a network of trails for bicycles.
The projects and the ideas are presented by former participants from the training “How can you interact with decision-makers, which is the role of public authorities?”, which was organized for one month by the Institute Qvorum, being part of the project “Efficient mechanisms of collaboration with public authorities”, cofinanced from European Social Fund through the Operational Programme for Administrative Capacity Development 2007-2013 – “Innovation in administration”.
The most interesting proposals discovered in Ideas Lab for Bacău will be included in a guide of best practices which further on will be made public.
