Who is it adressed to: The training is adressed both to the ones that wish to enhance their competences in drafting and implementing projects financed by structural funds and to the ones that work as project managers. The course is tailored for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as the NGO, business and public administration employees, offering a direct practical applicability.
The training method relies mainly on the practical component. At the end of the programe, each participant will be acquainted with the complete methodology, acquiring the necessary knowledge for drafting such a project.
The practical exercises will be based on real case-studies and simulations regarding the drafting and managing such projects:

– how the necessity of the project is justified
– establishing the objectives of the project
– realising the implementation plan (timeline of the activities)
