The Institute for Participatory Democracy Euro Qvorum is hiring a project assistant!
The candidate’s profile:
- Finished superior studies;
- Solid knowledge of the English language and operating a PC. Knowing how to work with the Microsoft Office package;
- Capacity to work in a team, the ability to create good and healthy relationships with members of the team and to respect deadlines;
- Planning and organising abilities;
- Communication skills;
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the NGO sector;
- Owner of a B category permit;
May constitute advantages:
- Work experience within project management financed with European funds;
- Knowing one or two foreign languages (German/French);
Tasks:
- Assistance and support for the project manager;
- Interacts with representatives of the public authorities on a local and central level;
- Organizes events (trainings, conferences, workshops), work meetings in Bucharest all around the country;
- Goes to events in Bucharest or around the country;
- Assures the services of protocol and logistics for the project;
- Checks, giles and synthesizes the narrative reports of the other team members;
- Elaborates and updates data bases;
Number of jobs: 2
Duration of contract: February – December 2013, full time. Interviews will be taking place in the first half of January 2013, following that the professional activity may start as of February 2013.
