Qvorum Institute constantly contributes to Romanian students` personal and professional development by the variety of organized-for-them programmes since 2010.
In April we launch, together with Hanns Seidel Foundation, Leadership 4 Juniors Programme for students aged between 15 and 18 years wishful to make their voice heard, to actively involve in their community in order to become vectors of change and leaders of their generation!
Who are we looking for?
Students` representatives, National Council of Students` members, with good organization and communication aptitudes, youngsters with results at scholar contests and people that can proves their interest and commitment in the project for the communities and society they belongs to.
What Leadership 4 Juniors supposes?
A personal and professional development programme composed of three intensive formation sessions (Bucharest 3-4 April; Sinaia, 20-24 June; Bucharest, 12-13 November), communication and teambuilding together with Qvorum Institute team. The participants will have the opportunity to thoroughly explore the implication and impact of political-history events in nowadays Romanian society and of the Romanian citizen`s spirit, will achieve communication and leadership skills.
By the end of the programme, the participants will have the knowledge and necessary motivation to determine a positive trend their community socio-economic development.
How to enroll?
Send you CV and a motivational letter written in Romanian showing you involvement in representativeness community development projects by e-mail at office@qvorum.ro, mentioning the name of the programme that you are applying for in the subject of the e-mail (Leadership 4 Juniors).
Deadline: March 10th (23:59)
All of the applications will be analyzed by Qvorum team, having the people selected during the first stage been invited to an interview with Qvorum Institute and Hanns Seidel Foundation`s representatives.
*The organizers are supporting accommodation, meals and course expenditures during the three sessions.
*By the graduation of the programme you will receive an attendance certificate in order to have your achieved knowledge attested.
